Translation: Sworn Translation

“Sworn translations” is a type of translation requested by certain foreign governments. Pricing is valid for standardized documents, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, FBI background checks, and social security benefits verification letters. If you have a different type of document, email us at [email protected] Please note that this type of translation DOES NOT need to be notarized or apostilled. It is valid as is. The countries we currently provide sworn translations for is included in the drop-down menu below. Standard translations are certified for USCIS or can be notarized or apostilled. Quantity is per page.

Translation: Notarize

An affidavit attesting to the accuracy of the translation will be signed by the translator and notarized. Please note: Quantity is by Document, not pages. (Ex: A 2-page marriage license is one notarization.)

Translation: Notarize & Apostille

An affidavit attesting to the accuracy of the translation will be signed by the translator and notarized. It can then be taken to the state where the document originated to verify the authenticity of the notarization. Please note: Quantity is by Document, not by pages. (Ex: a 2-page marriage certificate is one notarization.)

Translation: Physical Copy

Documents are sent via USPS Priority 2 – 3 day shipping. Documents electronically notarized and documents used for USCIS purposes can be printed out by you and will be fully valid. Unless you absolutely need a physical copy, save yourself time and money and print out your documents at home. Apostille includes this shipping.
